Consumption of quantity on wild mushrooms increased year by year

It is understood that Yunnan Province, China is known as “The kingdom of wild mushroom”. Wild mushrooms appear on the market in large quantities in every summer, such as Boletus aereus, Russula virescens, Collybia albuminosa, Tricholoma matsutake and Chanterelle. They are showing hot transaction.
In recent years, the consumption of quantity on wild mushrooms in Yunnan Province is increasing year by year with the speed of 10%. According to information, last year, a biggest transaction center of wild mushroom in Yunnan Province totally transacted 34,000 tons of wild mushrooms, the volume of business reached 62 billion CNY. The average transaction price of each ton is about 182,000 CNY.
