Ingredients:
80g rice
50g corn kernels
50g carrot
30g Shiitake
30g ham
1 liter of water
Cooking method:
1. Finely wash rice and soak for 1 hour, then drain off excessive water and mix well with salt.
2. Wash carrot, Shiitake, ham and cut into dices.
3. Put moderate water, rice into the pot and bring into a boil, then turn into moderate heat and boil for 30 minutes.
2. Add Shiitake, carrot, corn, ham and boil for another 8 minutes.
3. Season with moderate salt and then scatter green onion.
