Henan: Exports Value of Xixia Shiitake processed products amounted to 0.41 billion USD in Nanyang

It is reported that Nanyang City is the larger mushroom production area than other cities in China, which is a better place to grow mushroom. Mushroom cultivation structure was constantly adjusted in order to promote local mushroom industry development and rich people’s “food basket”. At the same time, Shiitake products was listed as processed food for export. In the first half of 2014, Exports Value of Xixia Shiitake processed products amounted to 0.41 billion USD, up to 121.1% year-on-year in Nayang City. That amount accounted for 74.5% of Food Exports Value in Nanyang City and half in Henan Province.
