Ingredients: chili pepper, dried Agrocybe cylindracea, Sichuan pepper, ginger, garlic, salt, chicken pepper.
Cooking method:
1. Wash and go seed of chili pepper, then finely cut into thick slices.
2. Wash Agrocybe cylindracea, trim and cut into segments.
3. Mince garlic and ginger.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, fry minced ginger and garlic, then add Agrocybe cylindracea and fry for 3 or 4 minutes.
