By report, in recent years, Fukang City, Sinkiang has been constantly intensified the efforts to push it to run, encouraged and guided farmers to energetically develop anti-season mushroom, promoted mushroom cultivation to develop towards industrialization and scale so as to drive farmers to raise income and beneficiate agriculture. At present, the production scale of mushroom reaches 1500 square meters, through conditioning, cold storage temperature treatment and other facilities, 9600 square meters of Button mushroom and 120,000 bags of oyster mushroom can be produced annually and the total output reaches 340 tons. The price of mushroom in peak season is twofold or threefold higher than slack season and the total production value has stroke 3.3376 million CNY, which evidently drove farmers to grow rich.
