Straw edible mushroom project received 1.5 million CNY of earmarked subsidy funds

In recent days Development and Reform Commission of Sichuan province and Development and Reform Commission of Panzhihua city respectively issued 2016 central government budgetary investment plan of resource saving cyclic utilization key projects (second batch), the project of edible mushrooms produced with sugarcane bagasse and organic fertilizer of Miyi Huasen Sugar Co., Ltd received 1.5 million CNY of earmarked subsidy funds. 
It is reported that total investment of the project is 35 million CNY, the project mainly uses large amount of sugarcane resource and other crop straw in Miyi county and neighboring cities and counties to produce edible mushrooms and organic fertilizer. At the same time Miyi county has “three dimensional type climate” of south subtropics and rich water resource which are richly endowed by nature, and are suitable to carry out intensification and anti-season production of various varieties of edible mushrooms.
