Recipe: seafood porridge with King oyster mushroom

Ingredients: 
15 shrimp meat 
2 or 3 King oyster mushrooms, very finely sliced
A bowl of snow beans
2 or 3 ginger slices
180 ml of rice
Cooking method:
1.Wash King oyster mushroom slices and keep aside.
2.Soak rice for 20 minute, cook with King oyster mushroom slices and shrimp meat.
3.After boiling, allow all ingredients to cook on a low flame for 20 minutes. 
4.Remove from heat and finish with snow beans and serve.
