Several days ago senior training class Whole Course Quality Safety Control Technology of Edible Mushroom Production of Shandong province was held in Jinan. More than 50 middle and high ranking professional technicians from related enterprises and public institutions, grass root popularization service and management departments of provincial edible mushroom industry participated the class.
Shandong has big production of edible mushrooms, kept momentum of continual and healthy development in recent years, its output and production value stably ranked among the tops for many years in our country. With the improvement of food safety awareness of people quality safety of edible mushroom products have increasingly attracted attention of producers and consumers.
The class invited professor Li Yu, who is academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and original president of Jilin Agriculture University, well-known experts of national edible mushroom industry technology system and provincial edible mushroom innovation team to carry out special subject teaching on safety production, quality control new technology of edible mushrooms, the aim is to improve professional technology level of edible mushroom practitioners, and promote edible mushroom industry of Shandong province to develop healthily, continually and stably.
