Working crew of poverty alleviation lead villagers to cultivate Shiitake and raise income

Recently, in the Shiitake greenhouse of Laoxichang Village, Liaoning Province, villagers are busying picking Shiitakes, one of villagers introduced that this year, the purchasing price of Shiitake is not too high and is in 1.25 CNY per kg, but with the help of working crew of poverty alleviation, he can also earn 30,000 CNY.
Investigation has proven that Laoxichang Village is located in remote mountainous area and has inconvenient traffic. To seen from the view of history, it is a poor village. In August, 2014, working crew of poverty alleviation organized and developed “Training seminars on practical methods of mushroom” in local village, relevant director from Mushroom Institute of Academy of Agricultural Sciences was invited to teach skills on cultivating Shiitake and ways of solving problems during the process of cultivation, which encouraged many villagers to do a great job in that  industry.
This year, nearly 20 villagers have built Shiitake greenhouses in their own yards and have greatly developed the cultivation of Shiitake, combine with other benefits of corncob and paddy, villagers are growing more and more prosperous.
