In the morning of August 9 in the link of “Black fungi industry development and mechanical application seminar” in National Black Fungi Industry Innovation and Development Conference, marketing director Chen Yan of CEMBN and Edible Mushroom Market journal made report Industry Development Status of Black Fungi in Our Country and Industry Market Investigation.
Chen Yan mentioned the report is written with the deep investigation and combination of expert suggestions within the industry. In order to write the report CEMBN and Edible Mushroom Market journal organized market specialists and editing personnel to make thorough investigation on main production area , production enterprises, cultivation base, cooperatives and farmer households of Black fungi in our country, which spent three months. The report shows in 2015 total output of Black fungi in our country reached 6131.9 thousand tons, production value is 30659 million Yuan, practitioners are over 3 million. The output increased 5.5% compared with previous year. Heilongjian province produced 3032.8 thousand tons and accounted for 49.5% of national output, and ranked first. The outputs of Henan and Jilin are both over 800 thousand tons; the outputs of Zhejiang, Hubei, Shandong in 2015 are over 200 thousand tons respectively, compared with 2014 their outputs increased all but growth range is not big.
The report mentioned that in recent years Black fungi industry gradually became leading industry of many main production areas in our country, and played positive role in promoting farmers to increase income. At the same time with the expansion of cultivation scale of Black fungi, increase of labor cost and that restriction factors of culture quality and market risk are prominent, in some production areas some problems such as supply-demand unbalance and decrease of comparative benefit happened, which affected sustainable development of the industry. Especially since 1 April, 2014 in Heilongjiang forest region commercial cutting of timber has been entirely stopped, raw materials of Black fungi are short, the output of many main production areas decreased. In 2014 cultivation amount is 300 million bags, in 2015 is 200 million bags, in 2016 is only 100 million bags, cultivation amount decreased each year and decrement is 100 million bags for each year, raw materials shortage became the bottleneck of industry development. The report also shows that in recent years under development strategy of “north agaric going south”, Longquan city of Zhejiang province vigorously developed Black fungi cultivation, widely promoted wild-imitation cultivation technology of south Black fungi, achieved greater improvement in aspects of cultivation mode, technical innovation, output and quality, and became one of more important production areas of Black fungi in south. In 2015 total output of Black fungi in the city reached over 8000 tons and accounted for 60% of provincial output of Zhejiang. It is predicted that in 2016 Black fungi output in Longquan will still increase.
At the same time according to statistics in 2015 there were 12 billions of waste mushroom bags after Black fungi production in our country, among them 80% were burnt as fuel, 10% was processed into organic fertilizer to return field, another 10% was thrown away in field and edge of fields and caused environment pollution. How to recycle waste mushroom bags has became the attention of related department of many main production areas or experts in recent years. At present some research and development institutions strengthened research and development dynamics on recycle and innocent treatment of waste mushroom bags of Black fungi, so as to recycle the waste. It is reported that “first National Black Fungi Industry Innovation and Development Conference and Market Circulation Summit” sponsored by Edible Mushroom Industry Branch of China Township Enterprises Association, and supported by Rural Social Undertaking Development Center of Agriculture Department, China Township Enterprises Association, China Edible Mushroom Business Net and Heilongjiang related departments was held in Harbin of Heilongjiang province from August 8 to August 10. This conference took “promote innovation achievement transformation, smooth market circulation channels, build exchange and communication platform” as the subject, during the conference thesis seminar, industry forum and products display and exchange will be carried out. The holding of the conference will further speed up achievement transformation of new products and new technologies of Black fungi industry in our country, and improve market circulation efficiency.
