A few days ago, farmers in Dadianzi Village, Liaoning Province, China ushered the harvest season of Black fungus. One of farmers introduced that this year, he has cultivated 16,000 bags of Black fungus, produced more than 400 kg of dried products and got an income of 60,000 CNY. What’s more, one flush of Black fungus can be harvest in the coming autumn and the anticipated annual income can be about 100,000 CNY.
In recent years, local villagers fully utilized natural advantages such as dense forest, mild climate, fertile soil and clean water to positively develop under-forest Black fungus industry, many farmers were organized to study on advanced cultivation experiences. Local town committees and village committees also employed relevant experts to conduct on-site teaching and promoted 58 households of family to join together. A professional cooperative of Black fungus was successfully established. Up to now, the cooperative has harvest more than 25,000 kg of dried Black fungus and the estimated annual income can be 6 million CNY.
