It is reported that first phase project of Sichuan Shifang Auriailaria polytricha plant is about to finish construction and put into operation. It is understood that in 2015 Shifang city people’s government of Sichuan province signed investment protocol of high-quality Auriailaria polytricha breeding center construction project with Haoyang International Holdings (Hongkong) Co., Ltd. Total investment is nearly 200 million Yuan, the project is divided into three phases with investment of 30 million Yuan for the first phase. It is set up with the pattern of “company+farmers cooperative+peasant households+market”, and breeding center will be operated.
Related principal of Jiangsu Lianyungang Guoxin Company told reporter that the project is designed by Jiangsu Lianyungang Guoxin Edible Mushroom Complete Equipment Co., Ltd, the company also provides complete modernization production equipments. Industrialized complete equipments include: quick sterilization cabinet of mushroom-stick(automatic in and out), pollution-proof liquid culture system, punching and sticking film machine of mushroom-stick bag treatment, inoculation and sticking film machine of mushroom-stick liquid bag treatment. The complete equipments are customized and the technologies are leading the industry. For example, it traditionally need 500kg coal to continuously burn for 24 hours and 2000 bags could be out of pot; by adopting sterilization pot of using natural gas, it only need 8 hours and 10 thousand bags could be out of pot, each day pollutant discharge of 15 chimneys is reduced, there is no smoke billowing, and is both energy-saving and emission-reduction. Inoculation room adopts automatic liquid inoculation, can inoculate 3000 bags per hour, and reach ten thousand grade of space purification, parts reach 100 grade. In inoculation room liquid cultivation jar, biochemistry table concentrator and agaric stock culture tube are excellent and advanced. Through constant temperature three-dimensional spawn running, each square meter could produce over 700 bags, mycelia growth is uniform, strong and orderly, and it is not easy to be polluted. With 14 cultivation rooms of 300 square meter each, each room could cultivate 250 thousand bags. In such a big workshop there are rows of steel frame, the highest could reach over 5 m, which reduces labors and increases area. Industrialized cultivation could achieve multi-season fruiting, which increases agaric frames usage rate, reduces cost and increases income.
