“stream line” production in stick processing plant has high efficiency

Zhejiang Longquan City Lijia Mushroom-stick Processing Plant was established in 2010, every year the plant purchased raw materials over 3000 tons of forest waste from Fujian, Jiangxi, Anhui and Hunan, annual production of mushroom-stick is over 3 million and can effectively solve mushroom-stick processing question for nearby over 200 peasant households.
Full automatic bagging machine could fill over 3000 bags an hour, compared with past it could save 15 workers, and it is more safe when operating. Lijia Mushroom-stick Processing plant except introduced full automatic bagging machine, it also newly built standard steel frame mushroom shed 10 thousand square meter, multi-span steel frame mushroom shed 2000 square meter. Because the price for one mushroom-stick could reduce cost of 0.2 Yuan compared with self production by peasant households, survival rate is improved, spawn running time is also uniform and could be ahead of time 7-10 days, therefore mushroom-sticks produced by Lijia Mushroom-stick Processing Plant are very welcomed by peasant households.
