According to the principal of the cooperative, Zhongxing village is surrounded by mountains, has fertile soil and dense bamboo forest, which are suitable for cultivating Bamboo fungus. What they sowed are called “Dictyophora echinovolvata”, which can be harvested 2 month after inoculation, each acre can produce nearly ten thousand Jin of fresh Bamboo fungus, can earn a profit of more than 10,000 CNY. Farmers can not only participate in profit by pooling of land, but also can get jobs in cooperative, 100 CNY can be earned per person everyday to improve the quality of life.
Interplanting Bamboo fungus in the field of sasanqua can not only improve the utilization rate of the field, but also can promote farmers to end the poverty and increase income, the benefit is very remarkable.
