Ingredients: winter melon 300g, Flower mushroom 80g, dried shrimp 20g, fish ball 100g, garlic 20g, a few dried tangerine, moderate salt, fish soup and pepper powder.
Cooking method:
1. Cut winter melon into slices, put moderate fish soup, Flower mushroom, dried shrimps, dried tangerine, pepper powder and salt into the pot and stew for half an hour.
2. Fry garlic till both sides become golden yellow.
3. Put winter melon, fish balls and fried garlic into the pot and stew for a while.
