Ingredients: a half chicken, Black fungus 50g, salt, chopped green onion, ginger slices, onion segments, cooking wine, Sichuan pepper
Cooking method:
1. Wash chicken and chop into segments, soak, wash Black fungus and tear into slices.
2. Put chicken segments, Sichuan pepper, ginger slices, onion segments, cooking wine and water into the pot.
3. Bring them into a boil, skim off the foam, turn into moderate heat and boil for 30 minuter.
4. Add Black fungus, boil for 10 minutes and finally add salt and chopped green onion.
