A few days ago, a mushroom farmer explained that this year, Agaricus mushrooms have been picked for 1 batch, 300kg of dried products have been produced. It is anticipated that this year, more than 1500kg of Agaricus mushrooms can be produced into dried product. To calculate by market price of 140 CNY per kg, the total revenue can be more than 210,000 CNY. To deduct costs, net income can be about 150,000 CNY.
It is said that Shanghai Village, Fujian Province has beautiful environment, suitable climate and has distinctive advantages to develop Agaricus mushrooms. Shanghai Village adjusted measures to local conditions, introduced and developed Agaricus mushrooms, enhanced technology training, invited relevant experts to develop Agaricus mushrooms and helped farmers to increase income. In late May, the village began to harvest mushrooms and it is anticipated that this year’s output of dried products can be more than 100,000 kg.
