Cause analysis on atrophic spawns during the cultivation process of Straw mushroom

2016-07-25 16:24:43

In normal conditions, spawns of Straw mushroom can bud and grow to inner of material in 12 hours after sowing. if spawns haven’t budded or haven’t grown to inner of material 24 hours after sowing, that’s probably because of atrophy.
1. “burned mushroom” in high temperature: when the temperature of compost is higher than 45 degrees for a long time, it will cause the death of spawns.
2. Medicine influence: Straw mushrooms are sensitive to farm chemical. After sowing, people may spray farm chemical in order to prevent disease and kill pests, which will cause the atrophy of spawns.
3. Asphyxia for lack of oxygen: too high water content of compost (generally no more than 70%) or too tight covering of plastic film can result in atrophic spawns by reason of asphyxaia for lack of oxygen.
4. The harm of Ammonia: excessive adding of urea in compost or too high content of fertilizer in field, ammonia will come out of them and do terrible damage to spawns of Straw mushroom.
5. Improper strain: too short or too long age of strain can cause reduction in growth and poor stress resistance, spawns will atrophy in unsuited condition.
6. Big temperature differences: spawns of Straw mushroom are sensitive to temperature difference, when the temperature of daytime is in above 32 degrees and the temperature of night is below 28 degrees, if people spray excessive water, it will cause atrophic spawns.
7. The occurrence of pests: terrible pests in compost can bite and eat compost, which will cause atrophic spawns.
