According to introduction, the newly developed equipment is mainly suitable for the short bag cultivation of King oyster mushroom, Seafood mushroom and Pleurotus geesteranus, which need lantern rings and lids. lantern rings and lids that are produced by Xingbao Machinery Company just need regular three-piece suit to make ancillary usage, which is convenient. What’s more, the equipment adopts integrated automation technology of machine-use, electricity, gas and intelligent sensor, one equipment can replace present 3 or 4 operators in mechanized production. Now, the equipment has entered into quantity production.
At present, on industrialized production of King oyster mushroom, oversea producer focus on bottle-cultivation and domestic focus on bag-cultivation. Therefore, oversea producer has less experience on specialized equipment for industrialized production of bag-cultivation King oyster mushroom. The newly developed equipment belongs to national initiative and has acquired national invention patent.
