Beijing Agricultural Technology Promotion Station sifted superior material of packaging

According to information, due to Oyster mushroom has a tender texture, high water content, vigorous respiratory metabolism and is easy to become senile and transmutative, its commercial quality will reduce if storage and transportation measures are improper in the link of circulating and marketing, which will bring losses to mushroom farmers. By researching, Beijing Agricultural Technology Promotion Station developed 4 kinds of packaging form of fresh-keeping, sifted packaging varieties which fit for Oyster mushroom and provided technical parameters for fresh-keeping packaging of Oyster mushroom.
The storage test adopted PVC bag, physical effects bag and nanometer bag, took PE bag as the contrast, the quality of each bag is 1kg, sealed and each disposal was repeated for 3 times, the temperature was remained in above 4 degrees, relative air humidity was in 85%. During the period of storage, technicians also measured all quality indicators of Oyster mushroom.
