Ingredients: Straw mushroom 250g, Bamboo fungus 25g, a few scallop, moderate pork bone soup
Cooking method:
1. Soak Bamboo fungus, wash and cut into segments.
2. Wash and soak scallop.
3. Wash Straw mushroom and cut in half.
4. Boil scallop in pork bone soup for 10 minutes.
5. Finally add Bamboo fungus and Straw mushroom.
