Concluded the picking period of first flush of Black fungus on courtyard planting

According to information, Black fungus of courtyard planting has taken sharp in Tongzhou Area, Beijing. In 2016, agricultural leading enterprises “Bihaiyuan” Company continues to develop the full illumination production of Spring Black fungus in the way of “Company + farmer”. The number of mushroom farmer reaches to 200 and the scale reaches 250,000 sticks. Under the basis of successful stick-making, inoculation and pregermination, Black fungi entered into the first picking period. As of June 2, the picking work on first flush of Black fungi have been basically concluded, the total fresh amount reaches 36000 kg, now, it is in flush-turning stage and it is predicted that the second flush of picking period will be coming soon.
