Experts from provincial academy of agricultural sciences conducted site instruction of mushroom

According to information, a few days ago, invited by mushroom industry training course of Dafuliang County, Jiangxi Province, experts from provincial academy of agricultural sciences visited Xihu village and conducted site instruction of mushroom.
Through observing the growth situation of Shiitake, experts indicated that mushroom sticks possess the phenomenon of “rotten head”, which may be caused by untight bag mouth and broken bag. In early stage, farmers can inject formaldehyde solution or 2% of lime water to inhibit the spreading of sundry fungus. In late stage, farmers have to cut polluted part and continue to realize fruiting of healthy part. In addition, experts also gave a brief introduction on production status, edible value, variety selection, cultivation period and high yield technology for more than 70 mushroom farmers, which got desirable responses.
