Built large-scale base of industrialized Enoki mushroom

A few days ago, the first phase of construction of Nanjing Jinwanchen Biological Science and Technology Industrial Park Project has been completed and it will produce Enoki mushroom soon. The anticipated daily output will reach to 60 tons and the annual output will be 23,000 tons. According to information, the company introduced a full set of international advanced modern mushroom production equipment and technology and produced Enoki mushroom annually in accordance with the standard of industrial product. In the future, the company will introduce equipment and produce Seafood mushroom, Button mushroom and other mushrooms in accordance with organic standard.
According to information, Nanjing Jinwanchen Biological Science and Technology Industrial Park is the major project of Nanjing City in 2016, the total planning and construction land area is about 510 acres, the total investment is about 16 billion CNY, the total planned construction area is 340,000 square meters and the project is devided in three phases.
The success of Jinwanchen Project filled the blank of industrialized automation production on Enoki mushroom. In the future, it will effectively promote the development of local mushroom industry and lead regional characteristic industrial economy to make progress.
