The large-scale production base of Enoki mushroom will fruite and the daily output reaches 60 tons

It is reported that bottle-cultivation of Enoki mushroom in Nanjing Jinwanchen Biological Science and Technology Industrial Park has started its production, the whole production period remains about 50 days, the daily output reaches 60 tons, the annual output reaches 23,000 tons and it will become the largest production base of Enoki mushroom. The scale, brand and benefit are in leading position throughout the country.
According to information, as the major project, Nanjing Jinwanchen Biological Science and Technology Industrial Park has the total planning and construction land area of 510 acres, the total investment of 1.6 billion CNY and the total planned construction area of 340,000 square meters. The construction is divided into three phases, the first phase possesses the investment of 6 hundred million CNY, belongs to industrialized Enoki mushroom and Seafood mushroom, the planned finish time is in 2017 and will cover an area of 198 acres.  
Relevant person from Jinwanchen Company indicated that the company will cultivate and produce various mushrooms such as Enoki mushroom, Seafood mushroom and Button mushroom in accordance with organic standard. In later period, the company will also construct deep-processing factory of mushroom.
