Recycle chicken manure and straw to cultivate “ecological mushroom”

According to information, Anhui Duoduoli Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December, 2014. The company makes mixed fermentation with straw and high Nitrogen chicken manure to cultivate Button mushroom, which realizes turning waste into wealth. Till now, the company has built 12 cultivation warehouses of Button mushroom, each warehouse can produce 5 batches of Button mushroom annually. Through the input of 40 tons of straw and 5 tons of chicken manure, the output of each batch can reach to 15 tons. To calculate by normal market of 10,000 CNY per ton, apart from the cost of raw materials, manual work, water and electricity, each warehouse can bring 300,000 CNY of annual profits for the company.
Relevant principals of the company indicated that for them, the most important thing is that Button mushroom, which are produced by comprehensive utilization of straw has big demand in the market. In this early April, the company has started to work on the acquisition of straw, invested 4 million CNY, purchased 8 big tying machines, 2 loaders and employed 56 staffs to manage straw on purchasing and storaging. At present, the company possesses 20 tying machines and 4 loaders.
This year, the company plans to build another batch of cultivation warehouses of Button mushroom and enlarge the production scale. At the same time, in order to meet the need of production, the company will also introduce 20,000 tons of straw and turn surplus straws into organic fertilizer to further improve comprehensive utilization benefits of straw.
