Integrated control techniques of diseases and pests on mushroom

1. Control technique of cultivation: advanced cultivation measure should be adopted and scientific management should be conducted. Farmers should try to meet the need of mushrooms on humidity, temperature, nutrition, air and light. In cultivation period, they should strive to lay solid foundations for early fruiting. After fruiting, they should adjust temperature, humidity and ventilation to get the purpose of reducing disease and pests.
2. Chemical control: 
A. Clean up the cultivation field, where should be away from warehouse, fodder house and chicken coop. Apart from cleaning by water, farmer should also use 10% of lime water to spray on wall and ground, close window and door before one day of inoculation, fumigate with 40% of formaldehyde and spray 0.5% of DDVP to whip in pests. 
B. Fungi bed and tools should be sterilized thoroughly, people can use 1% of Potassium permanganate solution or sterilize in 3% to 4% of Carbolic acid solution.
C. The sterilization of compost: for raw material cultivation, people can add 0.5% of Carbendazim to inhibit mould. Wash stockpiling field by water, then spray 0.5% of DDVP or 3% to 4% of Carbolic acid solution to prevent disease and pests.
D. Make thorough sterilization after picking, it is better to wash in boiling water of 70 degrees to kill fungi, nematode or mite.
