Ingredients: Pleurotus geesteranus, sausage, eggs, chopped green onion, oil, salt
Cooking method:
1. Wash Pleurotus geesteranus and cut sausage into slices,
2. Break eggs into the bowl, add moderate salt, chopped green onion and water, then mix well.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, pour egg liquid, then break into pieces when becomes caky and remove the spare.
4. Add moderate oil into the pot, pour sausage slices and fry, then add Pleurotus geesteranus and fry well with sausage slices.
5. Add moderate salt, egg slices and fry well, finally add chopped green onion.
