Ingredients: Monkey head mushroom 250g, winter bamboo shoots 130g, egg white, chicken soup, aginomoto
Cooking method:
1. Cut Monkey head mushroom in slices, give a quick boil, ladle out and drain off moisture, put into egg white and mix well, then put into boiling water for a little while and then ladle out.
2. Mix boiled monkey head mushroom with chicken soup, cooking wine, salt, sugar, aginomoto. Then steam for 40 minutes in a food steamer. Finally decant redundant soup.
