According to information, the company signed orders on the cultivation of Monkey head mushroom with mushroom farmers, mushrooms are supplied to huge food company - Jiangzhong Group for producing cookies. At present, the cultivation area remains more than 100 acres and the company invested about 1.26 billion CNY. After the fumble of last year, Monkey head mushrooms can be picked for 4 batches this year, each stick can produce about 1 kg of fresh mushrooms, the anticipated total output will reach about 1 million kg.
