Provincial large-scale cultivation base of Enoki mushroom will realize its fruiting next month

It is reported that industrialized bottle cultivation of Enoki mushroom in Jinwanchen Biological Science and Technology Industrial Park started production in mid April. The whole production period is about 50 days. The daily output reaches 60 tons and the annual output reaches 23000 tons. The industrial park will become the most large-scale cultivation base of Enoki mushroom in Jiangsu Province, it is a global leader in scale, brand and benefit.
According to information, Jinwanchen Biological Science and Technology Industrial Park acts as the major project in Nanjing City, the industrial park has 510 acres of total planning and construction land area, the total investment of 1.6 billion CNY and the total planned construction area of 340,000 square meters. Relevant principals indicated that the company will cultivate fresh mushrooms in accordance with organic standards such as Enoki mushroom, Seafood mushroom and Button mushroom. What’s more, deep processing factory of mushroom will be built in the future.
