Usher harvest season of undersown Black fungus in Beijing, China

By report, Black fungi that were interplanted with Chestnut mushroom in Beijing Vegetable Technology Extending Stations are successively coming into the picking time. Now, sticks are filled with clusters of Black fungi, workers are orderly picking, the diameter of auricle is between 3 and 12cm, one stick can produce about 0.6 kg of fresh Black fungi. It is estimated that under the model of interplanting, the volume of production will be about 200 and 2500 kg. In the next stage, workers will raise the temperature of greenhouses and stimulate the germination of Chestnut mushroom.
