Shanxi: Muye Edible Fungus Institute has successful cultivated a new wild Agaricus Bisporus variety

At present, Liangzhirong, the Director of Shanxi Muye Edible Fungus Institute and the leading expert of Edible Fungi Industry of China, has successful cultivated a wild mushroom variety. Through the molecular identification of the Chinese academy of sciences institute of microbiology, the mushroom was identified to a kind of Agaricus Bisporus series. But there are different between this wild mushroom variety and the Agaricus Bisporus (White Mushroom) which are cultivated in usual way. Compare with the common variety, this new mushroom variety has higher output, earlier fruiting and no harvest time control. It has special tastes and looks very nice, and it has easier cultivation management and easy to process.
