High yield technology of Shiitake

1. Cultivating method: shadehouses and fruit-bearing forests are always regarded as fruiting places, because the cultivation of shii-take is largely influenced by weather condition, so in southwest region, farmers always make tubes from August to September, then fruiting will happen in around December.
