According to technician, Yellow morel is pleased to subtropical monsoon climate, Zhejiang Province belongs to oceanic climate, therefore, farmers have to choose local climate in the mountain area, where is suitable for the growth of Yellow morel and has high demand for diurnal temperature difference. At present, the price of fresh Yellow morel is about 200 CNY per kg, the price of dried Yellow morel is about 2000 CNY per kg.
According to information, Yellow morel has the efficacy of tonifying kidney and Yang, supplementing brain and refreshing. It has abundant nutrition, delicate flavor and is well received by Japan, Europe and other places.
