Hebei: mushroom project of Guangming Group leaded thousand people’s employments

Currently, in the edible fungus production base of Guangming Food Group, workers are busying processing, bottling, sterilizing, cooling and inoculating.
According to information, the edible fungus production base of Guangming Food Group specializes in producing various edible fungus such as Enoki mushroom, White beech mushroom and Brown Shimeji. The base utilizes some agricultural wastes such as wheat bran and cob, the production process strictly according to some procedures which are raw material processing, bottling, sterilizing, cooling and inoculating. Their edible fungus has excellent qualities and ecological benefits.
At present, the project leads thousand people’s employments, the daily output of fresh edible fungus reaches 120 tons, which are sold to Beijing, Shandong, Shanxi and other places.
