Beijing: comparative trial on sterilization method of mushroom inoculation space goes well

Most of artificial edible fungus are saprophytic fungus, the inserted substrate and the condition of culture also suitable for the growth of various bacteria and some pests. Mixed bacterium infection has always been a big problem in edible fungus production. Beijing Agricultural Technology Extending Stations combines the production situation of Shunyi Base, conducted 3 types of comparative test on inoculation indoor air sterilization method.
The trial adopted three methods which are aerosol sterilization, ozone sterilization and air sterilization machine. The present experiment results show that the optimal sterilization time of aerosol sterilization is 1 hour, the sterilization rate is 61 percent. The optimal sterilization time of ozone sterilization is 1 hour, the sterilization rate is 97 percent. The optimal sterilization time of air sterilization machine is 8 hours, the sterilization rate is 95 percent.
